Svalner Atlas Induction Days

Each year, Svalner Atlas host comprehensive induction days to welcome and integrate new team members. These sessions are designed to provide a strong foundation, ensuring everyone feels prepared and connected from the start.

As a newly hired consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to connect with fellow new joiners from across our offices during a gathering in a vibrant European location.


Svalner Atlas Academy

Learning is an integrated part of our daily work. Most learning happens in the day-to-day business – when collaborating with colleagues and clients, through knowledge sharing, increased responsibility, feedback and challenging tasks. In addition, we offer learning sessions through our academy.

The academy is a tailor-made learning program, designed to strengthen the skills of our people. The aim is to support professional development, expand knowledge, and foster personal growth. This will provide you with consistent opportunities to learn and grow your skills.


Svalner Atlas Secondment

At Svalner Atlas, we are diven by the power of connection. Our culture is built around integrated teams that seamlessly collaborate across all our office locations, fostering a rich exchange of ideas and specialized knowledge. This not only enriches the professional journey of our employees but also ensures our clients consistently benefit from the collective strength and diverse expertise of our entire organization. To further enhance individual development and the cross-pollination of skills, we offer comprehensive secondment opportunities, empowering our team members to explore new environments and expand their professional networks and skills.

Twice a year, several employees get the opportunity to work at another Svalner Atlas office for a few months. It is an unique way to gain experience of a broader transnational business environment, a chance to expand skill set, and deepening the understanding of our operations across different markets.


Svalner Atlas Sports Club

Through our sports club, we provide several activities aiming at encourage the wellbeing of our people. We offer regular activities across our offices to support and inspire an active lifestyle. Across our offices we have running clubs, spinning classes, work out sessions, among other things.

This is an important part of our ambition to be a sound and sustainable workplace.
