Ferron specialises in the valuation of companies, shares, option and incentive packages, and intangible assets. As a consultant within the Valuations team, he works for private equity funds, investment companies and entrepreneurs, mostly at the intersection of valuation and Dutch tax law.

Ferron supports clients in determining the value of their company or interest, for example for tax purposes, when setting up a management incentive plan, or when valuing carried interest and employee options. He combines strong analytical and quantitative skills with a pragmatic approach, translating financial data into clear, well-substantiated insights that help clients in their decision-making.

Before joining Svalner Atlas, Ferron gained experience at a bank, where he worked on financial data analysis. He takes a methodical approach to valuation issues, using established methods such as DCF, PWERM, OPM and Monte Carlo simulations. He also works regularly across borders and in collaboration with the Transfer Pricing, M&A, Financial Due Diligence and Corporate Tax teams.
