Philippe is part of the Transaction & Strategy team where he works with business valuations, financial due diligence, and M&A advisory. His valuation work has covered a range of purposes, including acquisitions and divestitures, restructuring processes, litigation support, loss calculations, and financial reporting. Within financial due diligence, he has supported buy-side engagements on behalf of private equity, strategic buyers, and investment companies. In M&A advisory, he has worked on sell-side transactions through key stages of the process, including financial analysis, preparation of transaction materials, buyer outreach and negotiation support.
He joined Svalner Atlas Advisors in the fall of 2025 after completing a Master’s degree in Financial Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics. Prior to this, Philippe gained relevant experience through internships at Grieg Shipbrokers, Wallenius Wilhelmsen, and Svalner Atlas (formerly KWC), working within valuation, financial modelling, maritime project financing, and commercial analysis.
Philippe combines strong analytical capabilities with a structured and commercially oriented approach. He focuses on understanding the key value drivers in each engagement and on translating complex analyses into clear, concise, and decision-relevant deliverables. He works closely with clients and colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes throughout projects
