Svalner Atlas’ private equity & funds team assist founders and fund managers with tax and structuring advice in the establishment and formation of domestic and foreign alternative investment funds (AIF) within all fund categories (buyout, venture, real estate, infrastructure, credit and other special asset or purpose funds).
Our private equity and funds team works closely with our fund services team that provides customised fund administration in a fully digital environment over the lifetime of the fund.
We assist institutions and family offices in connection with their investments in funds. We also provide tax and structuring advice to funds and fund managers of UCITS, and special funds.

- Tax and structuring advice for the establishments and formation of funds, including tax and structuring advice of the fund, fund manager, founders and key persons’ ownership and investments, fund management, and portfolio structure
- VAT issues linked to fund, fund management and portfolio companies
- Ongoing compliance for the fund, the fund manager, founders and key persons, including tax registrations and filings, preparation of corporate income tax returns etc.
- Establishing local advisory companies
- Assistance with investments in domestic and foreign funds
