Svalner Atlas’ private equity & funds team assist founders and fund managers with tax and structuring advice in the establishment and formation of domestic and foreign alternative investment funds (AIF) within all fund categories (buyout, venture, real estate, infrastructure, credit and other special asset or purpose funds).
Our private equity and funds team works closely with our fund services team that provides customised fund administration in a fully digital environment over the lifetime of the fund.
We assist institutions and family offices in connection with their investments in funds. We also provide tax and structuring advice to funds and fund managers of UCITS, and special funds.
