Kari-Ann leads the indirect tax team bringing more than 25+ years of experience. She has substantial experience providing VAT advisory services. Her broad background as an advisor/lawyer working both in Big 4, business law firm and Directorate of Taxes give her a substantial experience and knowledge of the indirect tax regulation.
Kari-Ann is pro-active advisor with a commercial view always focusing on what is the possible best option for her clients. She provides ongoing advice to clients, assistance with legal interpretation, contracts, reports, correspondence with the authorities, including audits, binding rulings etc. and M&A advisory work and due diligence work.
The customers are mainly international groups, large and medium sized companies and private equity, within a range of industries, in particularly the financial sector, real estate, international trade and M&A. In addition, Kari-Ann has experience from customs duties, excise duties and financial tax.
