Arthur specializes in the tax aspects of private equity and real estate, with a particular focus on international matters. He advises clients on structuring, acquisitions and disposals (including due diligence), financing transactions, and restructurings.

Providing clear, pragmatic advice with a strong focus on his clients’ objectives is at the core of Arthur’s approach.

He has extensive experience in obtaining advance tax rulings from the Dutch Tax Authorities. Arthur is also an active member of the Dutch Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (NVP) and regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on real estate, private equity, and taxation.

Arthur’s clients include private equity firms, real estate companies (including investors, investment funds, and developers), and other multinational enterprises.
