Lene Berger is the Office Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Oslo office. With more than 15 years of experience from fast-paced environments, she is known for her structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach, combined with a strong service mindset.
She works closely with partners and colleagues on HR processes, onboarding and internal communication, helping ensure smooth operations and a well-functioning work environment. Lene also brings broad experience within office operations, coordination and internal processes, and plays a key role in keeping day-to-day activities running efficiently.
