Rutger works in the Transactions & Strategy team, advising a broad range of clients across sectors, with target companies mainly active in the Netherlands. He focuses on financial due diligence advice in the context of acquisitions and add-on transactions for private equity platforms, drawing on his experience in financial modelling to support these projects.

Before joining Svalner Atlas in February 2026, Rutger completed the M&A traineeship and worked in the Valuation & Modelling team at Deloitte.
