Antti Lehtimaja  has been appointed as a partner at Svalner Atlas Finland as of 1 October 2025. In connection with the appointment, Antti will take lead of our M&A Tax practice.

Antti, known as a respected expert in both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, has over 25 years of professional experience, including previous roles at the Finnish Tax Administration, the Finnish law firms Hannes Snellman, and  Krogerus, where he led the tax law team as a partner.
