Hi, Carl! Tell us a bit about yourself!
I studied Economics in Linköping and have been working as a consultant for several years now. I joined the firm in 2022, and I’m currently based in Stockholm.

What do you work with?
I work as a Senior Consultant in our Valuation team. We help clients with different types of valuation tasks e.g. valuation of shares, valuation and structuring of incentive programs, valuation of intellectual property rights (PPA), modelling, etc.

How have you developed since joining us?
I’ve grown a lot professionally, especially in how I approach complex problems and communicate insights clearly. I’ve also learned a lot from working with colleagues across different departments and levels of experience. It’s been a great environment for learning.

What’s the best part of your job?
The variety. No two projects are the same, and I really enjoy the challenge of adapting to different industries and client needs. In addition to that, it is my colleagues who brighten up every day of the week.

What’s the most challenging part?
Sometimes the timelines can be tight, especially when juggling multiple projects. But it’s also part of what makes the job exciting, you learn to prioritize and stay focused under pressure.

How would you describe the work culture?
It’s collaborative and open. People are generous with their time and knowledge, and there’s a genuine sense of trust and respect. You’re encouraged to take initiative, but there’s always someone to bounce ideas off or ask for help.
