Svalner Atlas Finland advised Comforta Oy, part of the Lindström Group, in the acquisition of the rental textile business of Vistan Pesula Oy, and SOL Pesulapalvelut Oy in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Vistan Pesula Oy in legal and tax due diligence and acted as the buyers’ legal advisor. The share purchase agreements were signed in November 2025 and the transactions are scheduled to be completed by 1 April 2026. Vistan Pesula Oy, which operates in Paimio, serves especially customers in the hotel and restaurant industry and the public sector in Western and Southern Finland.
