Svalner Atlas Finland provided financial & tax due diligence services for Kreate, a leading Finnish infrastructure construction company, in its acquisition of 100% of the shares in SRV Infra Oy, a subsidiary of SRV Group Plc. The enterprise value of the transaction is approximately EUR 30 million. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
