Svalner has advised KLP Eiendom with tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the property Härolden 44, also known as Fleming 7, located in Kungsholmen in Stockholm from Barings. The property consists of building with a total lettable area of approximately 9,900 sqm consisting of office spaces, a training center, a restaurant and warehouse. In addition, the property comprises a parking garage of approximately 2,200 sqm. Closing of the acquisition will occur in September 2025.
