Svalner Atlas has advised Folksam Tjänstepension, a part of the Folksam group, on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of a residential project in Vellinge from Peab. The acquisition is structured as a forward purchase transaction and comprises of a project in which 102 rental apartments and one commercial unit will be constructed with a total lettable area of 6 020 square meters.
