Svalner Atlas has advised Folksam on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of an office property (Hertziahuset) in Gothenburg from Vasakronan. The building on the property has a total lettable area of approx. 4,900 sqm and was originally constructed in 1901. The underlying property value in the transaction totals SEK 307 million.
