Svalner Atlas has advised KPA Pension, a company within the Folksam Group, on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of rental residential properties from CBRE IM. Three of the properties, Pomologen 1, Orienteraren 1 and Solstrålen 1 are located in Sigtuna and comprise 212 residential apartments as well as a parking garage. One property, Solkatten 1, is located in Lund and comprise 169 residential apartments. The lettable area of the properties totals approx. 18,050 sqm.
