Svalner Atlas has advised Urban Partners on financial and tax matters in connection with the establishment of a new JV with Granitor and Justim. Within this partnership, two transactions comprising a total of 223 senior homes are being completed.

The first transaction relates to three senior housing properties with a total of 132 apartments in Höganäs. One of the properties has been completed and operational for two years, while two projects are under development and scheduled for completion during the second quarter of 2027. In parallel, the JV is completing a second transaction by acquiring a senior housing project in Sigtuna from Bonava. The property, currently under construction, comprises 91 apartments with an expected completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.

The two acquisitions represent the beginning of a broader initiative with the ambition to expand the portfolio across several Swedish growth regions in the coming years. For further information, see Urban Partners’ newsroom.
