Svalner Atlas advisor to Urban Partners in two transactions, one of them being the largest direct logistics portfolio transaction in the Nordics since 2021
Svalner Atlas has provided financial and tax vendor assistance services to Urban Partners in connection with the divestments of two logistics portfolios – including the largest direct logistics portfolio transaction in the Nordics in almost five years.
The larger of the two transactions, representing an underlying property value of approximately EUR 830 million and thereby the largest direct logistics portfolio transaction in the Nordics since 2021, relates to 20 modern logistics properties totaling more than 600,000 sqm that are strategically located in established logistics hubs across Sweden, Denmark and Finland. This portfolio is acquired by Catena AB, a public logistics property company headquartered in Sweden.
The other transaction concerns five logistics properties totaling 118,000 sqm in prime locations across Sweden and Denmark that are divested to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, together with its operating partner, Fokus Nordic.
For further information in relation to the transactions, see Urban Partners newsroom.
