Svalner Atlas acted as advisors to Genova Property Group in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with Urban Partners relating to the first stage of the Viby urban development project in Upplands-Bro, Sweden.

The transaction involves the divestment of part of the project to a newly formed joint venture in which Genova remains a co-owner. The transaction is based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 365 million. The first stage comprises ten properties and forms part of a larger development project that will, over time, include approximately 850 residential units, together with commercial services and public amenities.
