As we enter the new year, it is an ideal opportunity to reflect on 2025 and the achievements we realized together with our valued clients.

Throughout 2025, the dedicated teams at Svalner Atlas Finland supported our clients in over 60 M&A processes, a remarkable achievement considering the launch of our local Finnish Transaction Services practice late in 2024 and a testimony of our agile, high-quality approach to transaction work. Today, we have more than 70 Transaction Services professionals across Nordics, ready to support our clients in their inorganic growth journey.

Consistent with our strategic priorities, we advised several Finnish and Nordic private equity funds and their portfolio companies on their inorganic expansion initiatives in Finland, facilitating the execution of roll-up strategies. Software, technical services and wider B2B services space remained active throughout the year.  We also contributed to significant industry consolidation projects and observed increased activity in the Finnish real estate sector as the year drew to a close.
