KKR has entered into an agreement with Swedish developer Reliwe for the forward funding of three multifamily properties currently under development in Täby, located just north of the Stockholm city center. The development comprises 325 residential units and approximately 15,300 square meters of lettable area, which are expected to be completed in stages between 2026-2028. The development is designed to meet high sustainability and architectural standards and marks KKR’s second residential investment in the Stockholm region since the beginning of 2025. The investment is made through KKR’s European Real Estate Strategy and it grows KKR’s Stockholm residential investment pipeline to include approximately 700 units under development.
