Tiina Rapo has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Svalner Atlas Finland as of 1 January 2026.

Tiina Rapo has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Svalner Atlas Finland as of 1 January 2026.

The establishment of the Chief Operating Officer role is a strategic decision that strengthens our organization’s ability to grow in a controlled manner and respond to our clients’ evolving needs. The COO’s responsibilities include developing the business and its support functions, driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, ensuring scalability, and improving the company’s overall financial performance. Tiina will be part of the local management team and work closely with the Group management to ensure that strategic objectives are translated into day-to-day operations and measurable results.

Tiina has played a key role in Svalner Atlas Finland’s growth journey and the development of its operations since 2017. In recent years, she has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing not only the finance function but also business support functions and leading several strategically significant development initiatives.

In her new role, Tiina will focus in particular on developing operating models, strengthening organizational scalability, and improving the company’s overall performance.
