Anette Normann

Anette is a Manager at Svalner Atlas Norway, where she helps companies, owners and public sector actors make well-founded decisions in strategic processes. She has experience from transactions and financial advisory work, with a clear focus on renewable energy. She holds a degree in business economics (siviløkonom) with a specialisation in finance, and combines a solid academic foundation with broad practical experience from complex projects for both public and private clients.

She has assisted parties within wind power, hydropower, grid operations and district heating, as well as fibre network businesses. Her assignments have included valuations and financial analyses in connection with acquisitions and mergers, ownership restructurings and dividend decisions, as well as liquidity forecasting for refinancing, investment decisions and ongoing reporting. In addition, she has worked with clients in the travel and tourism industry, related to destination development in Western Norway and Northern Norway.

She combines the handling of large and complex data sets with solid accounting expertise, translating demanding analyses into clear decision-making bases that management, boards and owners can genuinely put to use. This combination of professional depth and practical execution enables her to bring structure and momentum to demanding processes.
