Dina is a Manager within Transaction & Strategy, specialising in valuations, M&A transactions, litigation support, and strategic financial advisory.

Much of her work covers a broad range of assignments, including valuations in connection with ownership transfers and M&A transactions, loss calculations and damages claims in dispute contexts, and financial analyses supporting strategic processes.
