Eirik Engebretsen

Eirik is a Senior Consultant within Transaction & Strategy, specialising in valuations, litigation support, M&A transactions, and strategic financial advisory.

His work covers a broad range of assignments, including valuations in connection with ownership transfers and M&A transactions, loss calculations and damages claims in dispute contexts, and financial analysis supporting strategic and advisory processes. He approaches each project with analytical rigour and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that conclusions are well-founded and clearly documented.

Eirik places great importance on building close client relationships, and is known for being accessible and responsive throughout an engagement. He works across a wide range of industries and serves clients in both the Norwegian and international markets.
