Floris is a Consultant within the Financial Due Diligence practice at Svalner Atlas. He supports private equity investors, portfolio companies and other businesses with financial due diligence on acquisitions and refinancings.

Floris combines a financial and tax background. Before joining Svalner Atlas, he worked in the corporate finance department (M&A) at Clearwater and ABN AMRO, where he gained first-hand experience of the wider deal process. As an associate at PwC, he focused on corporate tax within the Financial Services industry, working on acquisitions and restructurings. This combination of transaction experience and tax knowledge enables him to place Financial Due Diligence findings within the context of the broader transaction process.
