Kristian Lædre

Kristian is a Manager within Transaction & Strategy, specialising in M&A and transaction advice, CFO support and valuation in regard to ownership transfers, employee incentive programmes, second opinions and litigation support.

Much of his work centres on M&A advisory and transaction support, guiding clients through complex deal processes. He provides CFO support to businesses navigating critical financial decisions, including financial modelling, building up capital markets competencies, strategy and execution.

Kristian has experience from both international capital markets and a wide range of transactions in private markets – providing him with a unique set of competencies and a holistic approach to advisory. Kristian also comes with a very professional mindset and strong focus on performing on a high level, ensuring that the services are best in class and that the client always succeeds in its objectives.
