Sebastian Mæhlum

Sebastian is a Senior Manager in the tax team, specialising in Norwegian and international corporate taxation for ten years. His core areas of expertise include tax due diligence, tax audits and transaction-related advisory.

His clients have been large multinational groups across a range of industries, including energy, real estate and private equity. His work spans both buy-side and sell-side transactions, tax due diligence, compliance processes and interaction with tax authorities. Sebastian has particular experience in preparing withholding tax refunds.
