Vegard Biseth

Vegard is a Senior Consultant within Transaction & Strategy, specialising in financial due diligence, valuations and financial modelling in connection with M&A transactions.

Much of his work involves buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including advice on purchase price mechanisms, negotiation support and SPA-related disputes. He has gained experience across a wide range of industries during his time at PwC Deals and Svalner Atlas, and takes an analytical approach to analysing large data sets and presenting findings in a clear and structured manner.

Vegard places great emphasis on efficient execution and maintaining progress throughout every phase of a project. He values close collaboration with clients and is committed to delivering analyses and advice that are practical, well-founded and relevant to the client’s needs and situation.
