Svalner has advised Nordisk Renting on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of two elderly care facilities from samhällsbyggnadsbolaget I Norden AB (SBB). The properties are located in Västerås and Flen, where the building on the Västerås property was completed this year and consists of a nursing home comprising 80 apartments and the property in Flen is subject to ongoing construction of a nursing home comprising 70 apartments with an expected completion by summer 2025.
