Svalner Atlas has advised Folksam Liv on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of two newly built elderly care homes in Danderyd and Vallentuna from Vectura.

The properties, Danderyd Ginnungagap 3 and Vallentuna Rickeby 1:485, have a combined lettable area of approximately 8,100 sqm and are fully let to Vardaga Äldreomsorg AB under two separate leases, each with a term of 15 years. The properties were completed and occupied in early 2026 and will be environmentally certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. The underlying property value in the transaction totals SEK 550 million.
