Svalner Atlas has advised KPA Pension on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of a residential project from Skanska.

The project is a rental project in Gothenburg consisting of 128 residential units with a total lettable area of c. 7 700 sqm. Expected completion of the project is in the spring 2029. The transaction is structured as a forward purchase where the transfer of ownership occurs when the project has been completed. The underlying property value in the transaction is SEK 381 million.
