On 2 October, 450 colleagues from across the Nordics and the Netherlands gathered in Stockholm for the third Svalner Atlas Conference. This year, we were also joined by colleagues from Ryan, bringing us one step closer following our affiliation earlier this year.
Bringing our organisations closer together opens new opportunities to combine strong local expertise with a broader international network, making it easier to share knowledge, collaborate across markets and support clients wherever their business takes them.
Among the Ryan colleagues joining the conference were Brint Ryan, Chairman & CEO of Ryan, and Tom Shave, President Europe & Asia Pacific at Ryan.
A champion mindset for what comes next
As our keynote speaker, we welcomed Alain Goudsmet, an internationally recognised mental coach and leadership expert with more than 20 years of experience working with Olympic athletes, national teams and business leaders.
Translating the Olympic champion mindset into business and leadership, he challenged us to think big, act fast, love the battle, team up and stay curious.
A timely mindset as we come together with Ryan, ready to step up, grow and take our collaboration to the next level.
