Svalner has advised Citycon on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the remaining interest (50%) in Kista Galleria in Stockholm. The seller is Canadian CPP Investments which Citycon has owned Kista Galleria together with since 2013. After the acquisition, Citycon owns 100% of Kista Galleria.
