Svalner has provided financial vendor assistance services for Helix Kapital in connection with the divestment of Heda Security.

Helix Kapital  has entered into an agreement to divest its ownership in ADEH Intressenter AB to EMK Capital. During Helix’ ownership period, Heda has experienced strong profitable growth driven by organic initiatives coupled with a dedicated buy and build strategy, thereby positioning the company as the market leader in Sweden.
