Svalner has advised EQT Real Estate on tax matters in connection with the forward funding acquisition of the second phase of a major residential development in Flemingsberg from ByggVesta. The second phase comprises 388 rental homes that will serve young professionals, researchers, and students. Together with the first phase that was acquired by EQT Real Estate in 2024, 805 modern rental apartments will be constructed with expected completion in 2026 and 2027.
