Svalner has assisted Lanthem on tax matters in connection with the acquisition of the property Rovan 15 in Eslöv from Skånes Företagsservice. The property comprise a total lettable area of approx. 6,000 sqm and is fully let to the police as well as Avonova Hälsa, who lets a smaller area. The transaction will close by year-end 2025/2026 and prior to this, the Seller will perform a larger refurbishment/tenant improvement for the police.
