Svalner has advised Prisma Properties and the principal shareholder Alma Property Partners on tax matters in the IPO and listing of Prisma Properties’ shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. Prisma Properties is a leading developer and owner of properties within the discount retail, grocery, and fast-food sectors operating in the Nordics. Prisma Properties has a property portfolio valued at approx. SEK 6.4 billion, which mainly consists of newly developed properties with long-term leases.

The listing price of SEK 27.5/share corresponds to a total market value for all shares in Prisma Properties of approx. SEK 4.5 billion.
