Daniel advises clients on valuations and transactions, with a particular focus on real estate. He has supported both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing financial due diligence and vendor due diligence across logistics, industrial, office, residential and development projects.
His valuation work covers a broad range of industries and purposes, including M&A, incentive programmes, minority shareholdings, share redemptions and disputes. Daniel has also acted as an expert witness in an expropriation valuation case and prepared a number of loss calculations for use in legal proceedings.
Daniel joined Svalner Atlas in 2023, following roles in management consulting at Sensacon and audit at KPMG. His work includes projects both in Norway and internationally, particularly in Sweden and Finland.
