Edwin van de Stolpe

Edwin is a transfer pricing specialist with more than 6 years of experience advising multinational groups and private equity-backed businesses. Edwin has broad experience across a wide range of transfer pricing topics, with a focus on dispute resolution and M&A-driven transfer pricing projects, supporting clients from due diligence through to the post-deal design and implementation of their transfer pricing models.

He has particular expertise in the design of group-wide transfer pricing policies and in financial transactions, including the pricing of intercompany loans, cash pooling and guarantees. Edwin helps clients translate these models into robust documentation and embed them consistently across expanding, international group structures.

Edwin obtained his Master’s degree in Fiscal Economics at the University of Amsterdam., Edwin has been part of Svalner Atlas’ transfer pricing team since 2022. Edwin has gained international experience at the transfer pricing team of our Stockholm office during a 3-month secondment.
