Luuk Ursem

Luuk is a Tax Advisor in the Corporate Tax team at Svalner Atlas. He advises Dutch and international businesses on a wide range of corporate income tax, withholding tax, and international and European tax matters. His practice focuses on cross-border restructurings, Pillar Two, DAC6 and other complex tax issues involving multiple jurisdictions.

Clients rely on Luuk to analyse international tax matters, coordinate cross-border advisory projects and translate complex tax legislation into practical and workable solutions. He regularly collaborates with foreign advisers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated advice that is both technically robust and commercially practical.

Luuk holds Master’s degrees in both Tax Law and Commercial Law from the University of Amsterdam. His broad legal and tax background enables him to approach complex matters from multiple perspectives.
