Lyda advises privately owned corporates, investment funds and investment-driven family offices on a broad range of tax matters. Her work focuses on structures that go beyond traditional wealth management  direct investments, cross-border holdings, fund structures and long-term investment platforms. She serves as their external tax lead: hands-on in corporate and personal income tax, while maintaining oversight across the full tax landscape and coordinating specialist and foreign input where required.

Lyda was trained in top-tier law firms, which shaped her technical foundation and corporate mindset – quality, speed and precision matter. Her in-house experience enables her to understand how tax interacts with ownership, governance and long-term strategy. She is used to working directly with owners and shareholders, aligning tax with investment decisions and family objectives – including coordinated advice across estate planning, business succession relief and transaction-related matters
