Tiina Rapo

Tiina serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Svalner Atlas Finland and is responsible for business development, scalability and driving operational excellence. She is characterised by her ability to interpret and leverage financial data to support business decision-making and growth.

Tiina has been with the firm since 2017. She has extensive experience across a wide range of finance functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, modelling, M&A advisory, as well as the development of reporting and financial processes. She also has a background in auditing.
