Tim Verburg

Tim advises clients on a broad range of VAT and real estate transfer tax matters, with a particular focus on real estate, M&A transactions and the application of various VAT exemptions.

He works with a diverse range of clients, from national and international companies to private equity funds. His work includes both transaction-related advice and ongoing VAT matters, including complex and cross-border issues. Tim combines his technical tax knowledge with a practical approach, translating complex VAT and real estate transfer tax matters into clear and practical advice.

Tim studied Tax Economics at the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, he gained experience in the VAT practice of one of the Big Four firms. Since 2024, Tim has been part of the Global Indirect Tax team at Svalner Atlas.
