Svalner Atlas advised Innovestor Life Science on AnaCardio’s €62.5 million Series B financing

Svalner Atlas acted as legal advisor to Innovestor Life Science in connection with its investment in AnaCardio, a Swedish clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, as part of the company’s €62.5 million Series B financing.
The financing was co-led by Novo Holdings and the Ljungström family office. Innovestor Life Science participated as a new investor alongside AnaCardio’s existing investors. The financing will support the advancement of AnaCardio’s lead candidate, AC01, through Phase 2b clinical development, with the aim of progressing the candidate towards Phase 3 readiness by 2028.
