Nea Welling

Nea leads the Legal practice at Svalner Atlas Finland and is an experienced expert in business law. Her areas of expertise include international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructurings and company law matters.

Nea has broad experience working both as in-house counsel and as an external advisor. She advises clients across a wide range of M&A projects, financing and investment rounds, as well as real estate transactions. In addition, she supports clients in day-to-day legal matters, including commercial contracts and other legal needs related to business operations.

Her expertise also covers company law and corporate governance matters, including acting as board secretary and chairing general meetings, as well as securities market law and capital markets communication and investor relations. Nea also advises on incentive schemes.
