Svalner Atlas Finland acted as legal and tax adviser to Tekova in the sale of a retail property development in Raasepori to the Swedish property investment company Prisma Properties.

The more than 5,000-square-metre property, developed and constructed by Tekova, is fully leased to Puuilo and Rusta under long-term lease agreements. The property was completed in September 2026, and ownership was transferred to Prisma Properties on 1 October 2026. The project is the second collaboration between Tekova and Prisma Properties.
