Svalner Atlas Finland acted as legal and tax adviser to Tekova in the sale of a retail property development in Iisalmi to the Swedish property investment company Prisma Properties.

The approximately 5,000-square-metre retail property, developed and constructed by Tekova, was completed in August 2026, and its ownership was transferred to Prisma Properties on 1 September 2026. The property’s tenants include Rusta, Musti ja Mirri and JYSK. The transaction marked the first joint project between Tekova and Prisma Properties.
